How do I make a reservation with Bamboo-tour.com?
After going through our website please fill out our booking form so we know more details about your needs, and will be able to provide you with accurate answers.

What happens after I submit the booking form?
Following the booking request, Bamboo Tour will state tour availability or send another proposal. If the tour is confirmed on our side, we send you the trip registration, together with tour details and deposit and payment instructions.
Bamboo Tour is licensed with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, License 43/0150.
When will we receive an answer to our inquiry or booking request?
Usually within 24 hours, our Bamboo Tour staff will answer personally by e-mail.
When should I send the booking deposit?
Following confirmation of tour availability, and once you agree with the services and prices, you should make a deposit as soon as possible. This will guarantee no price change, and assure tour departure as agreed. Participation in a tour will be confirmed to participants only after reception of the deposit.
The deposit must be received by Bamboo Tour at least 15 days before the tour services begin or as stated in the tour detail or reservation form. Deposit is not refundable, as it will cover our booking fees and expenses.
Deposit / payment
For some services and hotel reservation, we may require full payment in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer or charged to a credit card.
What if we need to cancel our tour or reservation?
In case of cancellation by the client(s), Bamboo Tour will retain full deposit amount as per our General Conditions. On Bamboo Tour's side, once we have received a deposit there is little reason that we should cancel a tour; however Bamboo Tour reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time, in such case all payments/deposit already made will constitute full settlement with the participants.
Participant Agreement
Participation in our programs implies the client's agreement to the above conditions and the paid deposit stands for proof of acceptance of our general conditions.
